Documents can be added to any rich text field using the Insert Media (
) button in the WYSIWYG editor.Add New Document
- Place your cursor in an rich text field where you would like to place media.
- Click on the Insert Media ( ) button.
- Choose the media type Document.
Image

- Click Browser to upload a new file from your hard drive
- Click Save and insert to place the document in the rich text.
- Once the document has been added, you can add a caption and/or align the image (left, right, or center) with text.
Add Existing Document
- Follow steps 1-3 above.
- To find an image in the media library, filter the document by name and click Apply filter -or- browse through the documents.
- Select an document by checking the box of the file you to to insert
- Click Insert selected.
- Once the document has been added, you can add a caption and/or align the document (left, right, or center) with text.
Change Text Displayed
By default, the text displayed will be the filename. This can be changed by adding a Description to the document in the Media Library.
Add File Description
- Go to Content
- Click Media
- Filter by media type Document
- Click Edit next to file
- Below the Document filename, add Description text
- Click Save

Additional features include no caption and break text ( ). In this case, the filename is test.pdf, and media description reads, "This is a test file".
