Once media has been added to a rich text field, there are a several additional configurations that can be applied. Captions can be added, images can be aligned with text to float left, right or center, links etc.
Below are explanations of icons and their features:
 | Image Caption toggles captions on/off. The when captions are on, the caption text is added below the image. |
 | The link featured lets you insert a hyperlink for an image. |
 | Image alt text icon is used to override media alternative text. |
 | Break text |
 | Align left and wrap text |
 | Align center and break text |
 | Align right and wrap text |

| Use the Insert paragraph handles on the bottom or top edge of the selected image to add a paragraph below or above the image, respectively. |
Add an Image Caption
- Select the image in a rich text field.
- Click the Image caption icon.
- Enter a caption below the image.
- Save the page.
