Add Remote Video to Rich Text Field

Our web servers are not setup to stream and buffer video, so we recommend uploading video content to YouTube and Vimeo. 

Remote Videos can be added to any rich text field using the Insert Media  () button in the WYSIWYG editor. 

Add New Remote Video

* indicates required fields

1. Place your cursor in an rich text field where you would like to place video.
2. Click on the Insert Media () button.
3. Choose the media type Remote video.

4. Paste the YouTube or Video Share link in the Add Remote video via URL* field and click Add.
5. Click Insert selected to place the remote video in the rich text.

Add Existing Remote Video

1. Follow steps 1-3 above.
2. To find an Remove Video in the media library, filter the media by name and click Apply filter -or- browse through the remote videos.
3. Select an document by checking the box of the file you to to insert
4. Click Insert selected.
